You would be hard pressed to find a telephone voter contact consultant with
more actual campaign experience than Ryan Hawkins. Originally from
Oklahoma, Ryan spent more than a decade working for Democratic candidates
throughout the country as a Campaign Manager, Fundraising Director,
Coordinated Field Director, Field Operative and Communications Specialist.
His actual, on-the-ground experience is the driving force behind him returning
"phones" to a useful campaign application rather than a too often commodity
sold by the generic vendor.
After serving on the political staff of the Democratic Congressional Campaign
Committee (DCCC) and one cycle as the Political Director and another as the
Vice President with prominent telephone voter contact vendors, in January 2009,
Ryan opened the Winding Creek Group, Inc.
Whether it is working with clients such as Organizing for America, the
Michigan, New Mexico or Arizona Democratic Parties, DCCC, DNC,
numerous Members of Congress or local races such as City Council races
in Kansas or Judicial races in Pennsylvania, Ryan knows that the cookie-
cutter phone programs of the past can no longer cut through the clutter of
today's modern political landscape. His expertise in the field of telephone

Ryan currently resides in Chesterfield, MO with his wife and daughter and
manages the St Louis office but is still passionate about all things Oklahoma
- the cities, the people and especially the college football!
